- Many hikes leave from the village to go to Cézallier, the lakes and volcanoes of Auvergne. And, one of the Santiago de Compostela routes also goes through the village!
- Animal parks, water sports and nature are also available to visitors.
- Organised Motorcycle and quad trips are available on request. Cycling and horse riding are also possible from the village.
- The Neolithic site of Chadecol with its breathtaking views of the Auvergne volcanoes, is worth visiting, showing remaining walls made of dry stone, and ruins of former dwellings.
- There are numerous village events throughout the year, including flea markets, country markets in the summer, Saint Martin fair and a Christmas market. The largest festival is the Aperos de Musique which takes place August 15th. It is a 3day festival which comprises of 70 concerts in the village, in the town square, the village gardens (known as the siesta concerts), and even in the river (known as the Feet in the water concerts)!
- In our restaurant, we have numerous themed events and dinners, wine tasting evenings, dinner cabaret show, musical entertainment and tea dances, Lobster and truffle themed menus, cooking lessons for groups and individuals, the Ecailler bench.
- And for the winter season, we are in partnership with the winter sports resort Le Lioran, to provide a shuttle that leaves from the hotel to the foot of the resort, getaway package "La Bougnate des Neiges"
